We want you to love your REBE pieces. If something’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return it within 10 days of receiving your order for an exchange or a refund.

Returns are free - just make sure the item is in original condition, with all tags attached. Anything returned outside of the 10-day window, or not in original condition, can’t be accepted.

Please note:

- Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

- Sale items are final sale - no returns or exchanges.

- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

To start a return, please email us at info@rebe.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it as quickly as possible. Refunds usually take 2–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
