RETURNS

We understand that ordering online can be tricky, so we are happy to accept returns of any full-priced items shipped back within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the terms of our online return policy. Please note that items returned outside of this period cannot be accepted.

Returns are eligible for a refund only. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for online orders. However, you are welcome to return any full-priced item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item or size once your refund has been processed.

Please send an email stating the reason for your return along with your order number to: info@rebe.co.nz

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Any items that differ from the condition they were sent out in will not be eligible for a refund. The cost of shipping for returns is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the garment is faulty or incorrect.

We charge a $15 admin fee for all returns, which will be deducted from your final refund total. Please note that shipping expenses, along with any associated duties and taxes related to your purchase, are non-refundable.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Sale items are final and not eligible for a refund. This includes purchases made using discount codes or during flash sales. 

We do not take responsibility for any item lost in the process of the return and recommend the parcel be tracked.
