RETURNS

We understand that it can be tricky when ordering online, therefore we will happily accept returns of any full-price items bought online for exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the terms of our online return policy. 

Please send an email stating the reason for your return along with your order number to: info@rebe.co.nz

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect conditions with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Any differences from the condition the goods were sent out in will void any refund or exchange. Size exchanges are subject to availability. The cost of shipping for returns is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the garment is faulty or incorrect.

We charge a $15 admin fee for all returns and this fee will be deducted from your final refund amount upon processing. Please note that shipping expenses and any associated duties and taxes related to your purchase are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned. This includes the use of discount codes and flash sales.

We do not take responsibility for any item lost in the process of the return and recommend the parcel be tracked. Shipping costs for returning an item are at the expense of the customer unless the product received by you is damaged or deemed faulty.
