REBE is looking for a part-time Retail & Brand Assistant to join our team in Ponsonby.
This role is centred around creating a thoughtful and elevated in-store experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. We’re looking for someone with strong personal style, great energy, and a genuine alignment with the REBE aesthetic.
You will work closely with the founders across retail, showroom and operational aspects of the business.
The Role
This role will primarily involve working within our new Ponsonby showroom/store, supporting customers, maintaining the space, and assisting across launches, events and general business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, elevated and personalised customer experience
- Assist customers with styling and product selections
- Maintain presentation and organisation of the showroom/store
- Assist with light social content and community engagement where appropriate
- Support collection launches, events and activations
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks across the business
- Support the founders where required
About You
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience
- Confident in a premium customer environment
- Strong personal presentation and communication skills
- An interest in fashion and alignment with the REBE aesthetic
- Organised, reliable and detail-oriented
Location & Structure
- Ponsonby, Auckland
- Part-time role (approx. 3 days per week to begin with)
- Saturday availability required
