This website is operated by REBE Limited (“REBE”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced below.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform through which we sell our products.

Products and Pricing
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, prices and availability shown on our website are accurate. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen and device, and measurements are approximate.
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected country or region where available. Your bank or payment provider may charge additional transaction or currency-conversion fees.
Prices and product availability may change without notice. This will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

Orders
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your cart. Your order is accepted once we confirm that it has been dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product-information error, payment cannot be authorised, we reasonably suspect fraud, or we believe the order has been placed for resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Please ensure your order and delivery details are complete and accurate before completing your purchase.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@rebe.co.nz. We will try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. Once dispatched, our Returns Policy will apply.
Products purchased through this website are intended for personal use and must not be purchased for resale without our prior written approval.

Shipping, Taxes and Returns
Shipping costs, estimated delivery timeframes and information about duties and taxes are set out in our Shipping & Taxes Policy.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, peak periods, courier disruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges arising from an incorrect address, an uncollected delivery or a refused shipment may be deducted from any resulting refund.
Our change-of-mind returns process, eligibility requirements, return costs and refund timeframes are set out in our Returns Policy.
Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. This does not affect your rights where an item is incorrect, damaged or faulty.
Items purchased from another retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase and will be subject to that retailer’s returns policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rebe.co.nz with your order number, photographs and a description of the issue.
Where applicable, we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to you under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
