Returns

Customers may request a return within 10 days of receiving their order. Returns can be initiated via our Returns Portal. Depending on the reason selected, you may be eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund.

Only full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange, and must be in their original condition with tags attached. Sale and discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or faulty. Whether returning or exchanging, we offer a subsidised DHL service at a reduced flat rate:

Rest of World: NZD $60 (approx. USD $35)

Return labels can be generated and paid for directly through the Returns Portal.

REBE Rewards

REBE Rewards vouchers can only be redeemed at www.rebe.co.nz on products sold and shipped directly by REBE.

Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be redeemed once.

If you return an item purchased with a rewards voucher, the voucher value will be deducted from your refund.

REBE reserves the right to modify or cancel the rewards program at any time.

REBE Rewards Cannot Be Used:

- On already discounted items

- On the order from which the points were generated

- On a purchase after an order has been placed

- In conjunction with any other offer or voucher

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
